    - Good knowledge of English.

    - 3-5 years of experience in workforce scheduling, preferably in a live operations or shift-based work environment (e.g., gaming, hospitality, call centres).

    - Experience in staff management and workforce planning with an understanding of operational demands in a fast-paced environment.

    - Familiarity with scheduling software and workforce management tools.

    - Strong analytical abilities to assess staffing needs, forecast demand, and identify trends in workforce utilization.

    - Ability to solve scheduling conflicts quickly and effectively while balancing operational and employee needs.

    - Clear communication with staff, managers, and other departments to ensure that scheduling changes are understood and implemented smoothly.

    - Ability to manage time effectively, especially during peak periods, to ensure that schedules are completed in a timely manner.

    Responsabilitati

    Staff Scheduling and Planning:
    - Design and manage efficient staffing schedules to cover all live casino operations, ensuring that all shifts are fully staffed with appropriately skilled personnel.
    - Create flexible scheduling plans that consider operational peaks, holidays, and special events, ensuring adequate staff availability during high-demand periods.
    - Implement shift rotation systems that balance the needs of the business with employee preferences and legal regulations.

    Workforce Optimization:
    - Analyse operational data and business trends to forecast staffing needs, ensuring optimal staff allocation and avoiding overstaffing or understaffing.
    - Adjust schedules in real time to accommodate last-minute changes such as employee absences, increased demand, or other unforeseen factors.
    - Collaborate with department heads to ensure staffing levels align with the requirements of live casino games, technical teams, and support staff.

    Coordination with HR and Operations:
    - Work closely with the Human Resources department to track staff availability, vacation requests, and shift preferences, incorporating these into the scheduling process.
    - Coordinate with the Studio Operations Manager and team leads to ensure that staffing plans meet operational objectives.
    - Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and employee contracts, including managing working hours, overtime, and breaks according to legal and contractual requirements.

    Staff Communication and Feedback:
    - Communicate schedules to staff in a timely manner, ensuring that all employees are aware of their shifts, duties, and any changes to their schedule.
    - Manage employee requests for shift swaps, leave, or adjustments, and update the schedule accordingly while maintaining fairness and operational efficiency.
    - Gather and address feedback from staff regarding scheduling issues, preferences, and work-life balance, aiming to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

    Data Analysis and Reporting:
    - Use scheduling software and tools to track staff attendance, punctuality, and shift coverage.
    - Produce reports on scheduling efficiency, attendance patterns, and workforce utilization to inform senior management and improve scheduling practices.
    - Monitor KPIs related to scheduling, such as labour costs, overtime hours, and employee turnover, and make recommendations for process improvements.

    Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution:
    - Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, such as overlapping shifts, missed shifts, or overstaffing, by reallocating staff as necessary.
    - Manage any disputes or conflicts related to scheduling, including employee concerns over assigned shifts, by working with HR and team leads to find suitable solutions.

    Continuous Improvement:
    - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in scheduling tools and techniques.
    - Regularly review and refine scheduling processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance employee satisfaction.
    - Implement workforce planning strategies that take into account future growth, operational changes, and seasonal fluctuations.
