- Fluency in English, Romanian, Armenian or Russian.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within the iGaming or a similarly dynamic industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Jira) and familiarity with project management tools.

Administrative Support:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Handle all correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely responses and proper follow-up.

Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, partners, clients, and other external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the CEO's priorities.

Meeting & Event Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including executive team meetings, board meetings, and other company events.
- Take detailed meeting minutes and ensure follow-up on action items from key discussions.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special events, conferences, and off-site meetings.

Project & Task Management:
- Assist the CEO with project coordination, tracking progress on key initiatives, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Help manage strategic projects by gathering information, conducting research, and preparing reports.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth execution of CEO-led projects.

Confidentiality & Discretion:
- Handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality regarding corporate matters, business strategies, and executive decisions.
- Assist the CEO in preparing confidential documents and reports for internal and external purposes.

Business Support:
- Conduct research, compile data, and create reports as requested by the CEO to support decision-making and business development activities.
- Actively contribute to company-wide initiatives and participate in strategic discussions where appropriate.
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively address potential issues or challenges.
