    Cerinte

    Experience in transportation and/or logistics and/or supply chain functions;
    Understanding of e-transport legislation and concepts preferred;
    Effective communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration;
    Attention to details;
    Able to efficiently handle repetitive tasks;
    Familiarity with SAP and TMS systems is an advantage;
    Intermediate skills in Excel;
    Intermediate level of English skills.

    Responsabilitati


    Assisting with transportation related activities: supporting transport planning, performing daily follow-ups with 3PL (third-party logistics) providers, assisting with tracking shipments, managing proof of delivery, handling claims, and supporting freight billing processes;
    Providing support for e-transport reporting and tasks: performing daily checks of the automated Ediwin messages, and manually uploading data files for exceptions in the company's integrated system when necessary;
    Coordinating with logistics service providers (3PL): assisting in ensuring on-time, completing deliveries by following up with service provider and aligning with standard operating procedures;
    Maintaining communication with internal stakeholders: providing updates on shortages, delays, quality issues, or other losses, and assisting in analyzing recurring problems to determine root causes;
    Supporting project and ad hoc tasks: participating in project related activities as needed and assisting with other tasks as they arise.
