Requirements

• Good communication and teamwork skills
• English proficiency
• Knowledge sharing
• Linux average knowledge and exposure
• Basic knowledge Apache, Webservers and Daemon Services
• Bash Scripting understanding and hands-on experience
• DBA query skills and DBA admin skills (nice to have)
• Pearl scripting (nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor ticket queues to ensure timely response to tickets
• Focus on improvement of automated recovery.
• Responsible for supporting the process and tracking and resolving all assigned incidents through effective decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible for ensuring clear and concise communication with the customer regarding their order deliveries.
• Ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels
