BAT IS LOOKING FOR A Talent Acquisition Partner fixed-term period (1 year)
FUNCTION: Human Resources
LOCATION: Bucharest
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This role plays an instrumental role in the transforming of BAT organization via delivering complex recruitment programs that aim to attract and hire the right talent as well as build new capabilities within the organization.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Work with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand job requirements, identify appropriate recruitment channels and organise and conduct all relevant steps in the recruitment process
- Create and implement search strategies in line with global recruitment guidelines and agreed with local markets (posting vacancies, searching, evaluating, and testing candidates)
- Research, identify and approach qualified candidates, conduct screening interviews and present long and short lists to hiring managers and HR Business Partners
- Provide comprehensive, data-driven advice/analysis to hiring managers to calibrate expectations and candidate profiles utilising as best as possible insights from the external market
- Conducts quarterly performance reviews with the markets from the allocated region
- Build an external network of high calibre candidates across key functions and proactively anticipate hiring needs
- Deliver customer-oriented candidate and hiring manager experiences throughout each recruitment process with a focus on high touch candidate contact, speed, and consistency of delivery
- Deliver complex global recruitment programs via recruitment approach alignment with internal clients, recruitment of senior management and niched profiles, coordination of the efforts of involved team members across locations
- Responsible for the process and controls accuracy, ensure timely and accurate data input into recruitment support systems, responsible for reporting data accuracy
- Lead continuous improvement activities for GBS Recruitment department
- Conduct recruitment projects from start to finish, continuously monitor own performance, and look for ways to improve
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE
Experience Required
- Experience in recruitment, especially head hunting for hard to fill roles across different regions
- Well versed in candidate identification techniques, including researching, sourcing and cold-calling candidates
- Proven experience using modern web sourcing tactics/technology to identify top talent for niche roles
- Experience leveraging social media and professional networks to source talent
- Past experience achieving positive hiring outcomes though driving employment brand awareness via digital and social media and other platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Ability to identify and leverage data to drive and influence decisions
- Ability to work cross-functionally within a fast-paced and complex international organization
BENEFICIAL
