Requirements

Strong teamwork and communication skills
Professional appearance and assertiveness
Fluency in written and spoken German & English;
Successfully completed studies in economics, a comparable course of studies, or a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
Safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel)
SAP knowledge (especially SD)


Things to know before departure:
Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
Employment contract: Unlimited

Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken German & English;
Other: a valid work permit

Responsibilities

Create projects and orders using SAP CRM and SD
Monitor the timely time recording on projects as well as all billing-relevant information
Support monthly contract or performance-related invoicing of projects
Serve as the central contact point for consulting services within the operational processing of orders
Prepare special evaluations and reports
Participate in the monthly and year-end closing process
Promote the continuous improvement process within the division and participate in internal projects
