Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 5+years experience in a similar role.
Experience in planning and tracking projects using dedicated software techniques and tools (Oracle Primavera, Microsoft Project).
Experience in the development and presentation of status reports regarding the performance of entrusted projects.
Advanced knowledge of MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
The ability to take responsibility for one's own decisions.
Analytical thinking and synthesis ability.
Ability to understand the purpose of projects.
Organizational capacity both for oneself and for subordinate teams.
Ethical behavior.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Building and updating execution charts using specific software, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Monitoring and reporting project performance, presenting time and cost deviations and proposing solutions.
Allocating resources in the execution graphs, identifying over allocations or lack of resources and proposing adjustments.
Participating in the initial analysis of project requirements and development of the work structure (WBS).
Implementation and maintenance of multi-project platforms for portfolio level planning and reporting.
Monitoring and centralizing risks and ensuring the implementation of risk response plans.
Conducting site visits to project implementation sites to assess physical progress of works.
Constant collaboration with the project team to obtain the data needed for the graphic update and to adjust the planning.
