Requirements

•Completion of studies or training, with initial commercial work experience
•Experience in the automotive sector, coupled with strong knowledge of the automotive industry
•Affinity for numbers and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and SAP
•High level of organisational talent and a structured approach to work
•Business-fluent German and solid English skills
•Strong sense of responsibility for financial processes

Things to know before departure:

•Start: by arrangement, always on the 1st and 15th of the month
•Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
•Employment contract: Unlimited
•Line of work: Consulting
•Language skills: Fluency in German and English
•Flexibility & willingness to travel
•Other: a valid work permit

Responsibilities

•Manage administrative tasks related to the vehicle fleet model, supporting the fleet manager and team colleagues in division-related processes
•Contribute to mobility management by supporting process chains in day-to-day business operations
•Ensure compliance with financial processes and regulations
•Align with the department’s objectives and actively engage in specific mobility topics
•Analyse mobility data to identify trends, optimize fleet usage, and reduce operational costs
