    Tu feras partie de l’équipe de FIL RH pour les salariés des services centraux et réseau de la Société Générale. Le FIL RH est rattaché au Centre de Services Partagés RH, dont la mission est de traiter l’ensemble des opérations RH en France pour environ 50.000 collaborateurs : paie, gestion administrative, gestion des salariés impatriés et expatriés ; le CSP gère également les projets réglementaires RH France, assure l’évolution des dispositifs et processus associés, pilote les évolutions du SIRH France. Le FIL RH (Généralistes RH) assiste et conseille les collaborateurs et les acteurs RH sur l’ensemble des règles et procédures RH (de gestion collective et individuelle) et sur l’utilisation des outils informatiques, et peut orienter vers des experts si besoin. En tant que conseiller et premier interlocuteur omnicanal (Mail, accueil téléphonique, kiosque), vous assisterez et conseillerez les collaborateurs et les acteurs RH en matière de règles et procédures RH et d’utilisation des différents outils RH.
    Concrètement, vous serez amené(e) à:

    • Analyser les demandes d’informations des salariés et acteurs RH
    •  Apporter des réponses aux problématiques exposées dans le respect des règles et procédures RH
    • Assurer ponctuellement un rôle de coordination, en orientant les demandes ne relevant pas du périmètre d’intervention du FIL RH vers les acteurs et experts RH compétents
    • Participer à l’amélioration continue du fonctionnement du service en contribuant à l’identification des dysfonctionnements constatés et incidents éventuels et proposer des actions correctives
    PROFILE REQUIRED
    • Français au niveau avancé (écrit et parlé) ;
    • Familiarisation avec l’utilisation des outils informatiques ;
    • Un an d’expérience dans le domaine des ressources humaines (administration du personnel, paie) ;
    • Attention aux détails, rigueur ;
    • Bonne communication ;
    • Respect des normes et procédures ;
    • Personne habituée à travailler avec des objectifs qualitatifs et quantitatifs
    • Personne autonome, réactive et proactive ;
    • Orientation client et sens du service ;
    • Ponctualité et respect des délais ;
    • Motivation pour travailler dans le domaine des ressources humaines ;
    • Capacité d’analyse et d’écoute contribueront à la qualité des réponses apportées
    • Appétence aux relations téléphoniques.
