SAP ABAP Senior Developer

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

University degree in Computer Science or related fields;
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in ABAP development;
Knowledge and experience in ABAP Technologies: ABAP Workbench, ABAP Data Dictionary, Report Programming, OO ABAP, debugging, interfaces, IDOCs, Enhancements & Modifications, BADIs, BAPIs, Dynpro, Reports, User-exits, Smart Forms, SAP Script, ALE/EDI IDOCs, SOAP/REST Web Services, WebDynpro Applications, Fiori, Optimized Database programming etc;
Prior ABAP experience in MM and SD modules is required;
Basic system administration tasks such as database analysis, tracing issues, identifying performance bottlenecks is required;
Deep experience in application maintenance and support; incident management, and problem management;
SAP forms development with SAP onboard technology and/or external solutions is a plus;
Organizational Structure, Master Data & Transactional Data;
Functional understanding of one or more ERP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD), main process;
Knowledge in SAP solutions and respective industry business process understanding;
Excellent written and spoken English skills are mandatory;
Experience working in international customer projects is a plus;
Team player, proactive networking attributes, results and execution focus;
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
Quick problem-solving skills with exceptional aptitude and reasoning;
Experience with S/4HANA;
Experience integrating with external systems is a plus;
Experience with mentoring, coaching or coordination of junior team members is a plus.

Participate and propose solutions while adhering to cross module integration of SAP FI, SAP MM and SAP SD;
Perform Project work on SAP Projects;
Drive improvements in the common processes as needed;
Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and help translate these into technical requirements for the development team;
Plan and document technical specifications for features or system design;
Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements;
Direct the development team in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications;
Write testable, scalable, and efficient code and lead code reviews;
Mentor junior team members and ensure they adhere to determining software quality standards.
