    A Snapshot Of Your Day
    In this role, you will be carrying out assessments to understand fleet issues, supporting engineering investigations and helping develop the business towards its future targets and key achievements (Aero-derivative Gas Turbines (AGT) - department)

    You will be using analysis tools and techniques to do this and reporting your work and projects in different forums and groups to understand risk, priorities and next steps to support customer and business needs.


    How You'll Make an Impact

    • Conducting reliability assessments of gas turbine fleets and auxiliary equipment to predict failure points/modes, understand risk, identify cost-out opportunities, and proactively address potential issues.
    • Utilizing data analysis techniques to identify patterns and trends that could indicate potential failure points/modes in the equipment.
    • Developing/Support and maintaining reliability and operational databases to track and analyse the performance of gas turbine fleets and auxiliary equipment.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement predictive maintenance strategies based on data-driven insights.
    • Identifying and implementing new reliability assessment techniques and approaches to improve predictive capabilities.
    • Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders and decision-makers to support proactive maintenance, mitigation activities, and operational decision-making.
    • Working with digital tools and systems to streamline data analysis and improve the reliability assessment process.
    • Support in developing a data structure and methodology that deliver business benefits and enhances analysis capabilities.


    What You Bring

    • A Bachelor's degree in an engineering or associated discipline, or equivalent experience within engineering. Knowledge of gas turbines and auxiliaries beneficial.
    • Working knowledge of data visualisation tools and techniques (for example MS Excel, Reliasoft, tableau, etc).
    • Familiarity with and experience in statistical & failure mode analysis with ability to problem solve and effectively communicate findings at different business levels. Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) knowledge and understanding beneficial.
    • Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in English.
    • Open to travel 10% from working time (in Europe)
    • Open to work hybrid (3 days per week in the office).
