Excellent communication and grammar skills (written and verbal).
Fluent in both German and English.
Sales experience or customer service skills.
Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.
Strong ability to multi-task and stay focused in high-pressure situations.
Moderate knowledge and understanding of customer conversational experience principles.
Basic knowledge of web or digital marketing principles.

Use customer engagement tools (chat, e-mail, phones, web-forms) to interact and reach out to online customers.
Provide SME support, in a professional manner, to customers within agreed time frames.
Position HPE solutions to customers with professionalism and enthusiasm to generate leads.
Comply with all HPE web standards, processes and tools.
Actively participate in various internal technology forums and other technology sources to gather information on current products and position them to customers as and when required.
