As a Logistics Associate - Marketplace , you will support the operational efficiency of the platform by effectively managing processes, optimizing deliveries, and enhancing user experience, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company’s growth and development objectives.

• Experience: 2-3 years in operations, planning, or consulting.
• Project Management: Proven track record in managing projects.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities.
• Autonomy: Sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
• Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• E-commerce Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment processes, logistics, and after-sales is a plus.
• Technology: Passion for technology and an innovative mindset.
• Proactive Attitude: Hands-on approach and willingness to manage day-to-day operations.
• Lean Methodologies: Exposure to Lean operations and methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, Total Productive Maintenance) is considered an advantage

What you will be doing
• Track performance against KPIs, taking proactive measures to address deviations and ensure reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and refine user-centric policies.
• Lead initiatives that enhance field operations, ensuring timely execution and effective collaboration with third-party logistics and merchants.
• Continuously seek process optimization opportunities, staying updated on industry best practices.
• Frame complex problems clearly to support informed decision-making by product teams and stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with logistics providers and merchants, working closely with internal and external teams to achieve Company's strategic goals.
• Shape Company's fulfillment methods, emphasizing efficiency, speed, and reliability.
• Implement initiatives to enhance KPIs and maintain high operational standards.
• Shape marketplace policies impacting operations, sellers, and users.
