∙ Fluent level of German OR Romanian (C1);
∙ Very good level of English (B2);
∙ Previous customer service experience is a plus;
∙ Availability and flexibility to work on shifts.

Responsabilitati

For one of our clients, one of the biggest outsourcing companies we a recruiting Clients Request Specialist with Romanian OR German (online platform) in Sofia, Bulgaria.

The activity is carried out from their offices in Sofia, Bulgaria

Main responsibilities:
∙ Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions through various channels;
∙ Manage different requests and provide accurate information about products and services;
∙ Guide users through account creation, password recovery, and profile updates;
∙ Collaborate closely with colleagues across the entire international business.
