    Corporate Finance Analyst

    The Corporate Finance Analyst will manage the daily tasks as per the job responsibilities outlined here. He/(She) will be part of a team of professionals, working to maintain order and transparency for the company's finances and will work closely with the Switzerland Corporate Finance Managers and Senior Managers

    The ideal candidate will be able to work comfortably with numbers and has attention to detail and have a very good understating of systems.

    Responsibilities:

    • Proactively reaching out to PO creators to sort out any outstanding queries.
    • Responsible of SOX controls (monthly/bi-annually) as per instructions (half year and year end the review of open overdue POs)
    • Responsible for monthly control: review of open GRs
    • Creation/closing/set up approvers of PCARD.
    • Maintenance of coders, approvers for all Sap processes (CC/WBS/JVUS).
    • support with CUP request to provide user access to SAP, COUPA, blocking unblocking users accounts.
    • support with now Bat requests for changing role owners (all kind of requests).
    • Collaborates with other departments by collecting and providing financial information.
    • Monthly JVU creation/Accruals related to recharges to be post in WD1.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Master Data Analyst and AP Senior Analyst
    • Ideal candidate will also have COUPA experience.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work in a team environment.
    • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
    • Great attention to detail with ability to spot numerical errors.
    • Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel in particular.
    • Familiarity with accounting software (ex. SAP).
    • Fluency in English.

    Considered a plus.

    • AP/ Master Data experience
