Requirements

Higher technical or economic studies;
3 – 5 years’ experience in managing logistics activities in a warehouse preferably with FMCG products;
Previous experience in defining and implementing strategic projects in quality assurance;
Sound knowledge of stock management, accounting, legislation;
English – advanced level;
Organization, planning and prioritization skills;
Proven ability to coordinate large teams;
Analytical thinking and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

Plans, organizes and coordinates the warehouse activity, in accordance with both the service level agreed by the customer and productivity standards;
Verifies the state of preparation of orders and proposes measures to ensure their fulfillment on time and in the conditions requested by the customer;
Coordinates the subordinate team ensuring the achievement of established performance indicators;
Proposes measures to streamline the warehouse activity;
Coordinates the monthly and annual inventory process ensuring their correct operation in the computer system;
Proposes and implements warehouse working procedures;
Coordinates the administrative activities at the warehouse level: maintenance, security, cleaning in collaboration with internal teams or third parties;
Interfaces with local authorities;
Coordinates the maintenance, acquisition and replacement of warehouse utilities and equipment.
