Requirements

Degree in mechanics/ electronics/ electrical engineering;
3-5 years experience in international companies in the field of industrial engineering applied to the production process;
Advanced knowledge of methods times and Lean Production;
Advanced skills of mass production process (e.g. assembly of automatic/ semi-automatic lines);
Knowledge of risk assessment techniques on production process PFMEA;
Ability to manage functional specifications of machine tools;
Economic evaluation skills to carry out ROI analyses;
Basic IT skills (Office, CAD 2D);
English and Italian knowledge.

Responsibilities

Definition and implementation of new production processes and implementation and improvement of existing processes
Workstation, lines and processes reorganization for continuous improvement;
Production capacity and labor lines workload monitoring;
Lay Out management of production lines;
Productivity improvements, new products and quality; investment budget management;
Investment proposals preparation relating to production capacity, new products, productivity, quality;
Coordination and monitoring junior staff.
