We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Experienced System Analyst to join our AI and Automation team.

Your tasks will include:

• Analyze and evaluate AI and automation systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Develop and maintain detailed design and other relevant documentation for solutions that meet organizational needs, enhance operational efficiency, ensure compliance with standards and regulations
• Train and support end-users to facilitate the adoption of new AI and Automation tools

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a System Analyst, preferably with exposure to AI and automation projects
• Experience with AI and machine learning concepts, frameworks, and tools
• Familiarity with automation tools and platforms, such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation)

• Proficiency in system design and documentation tools
• Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and simple manner
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
