Bachelor degree in Telecommunication or Electrical / Electronic Engineering
Knowledge of WDM basic principle and equipment internal signal flow
Knowledge of Optical fiber/WDM/OTN design or commissioning
More than 1-year transmission and optical network experience
Fluency in English

Huawei WDM equipment and network design and planning;
WDM/SDH service creation、expansion、migration;
Develop and deploy high-capacity fiber-optic networks using Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM) and Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) technologies.
Design and optimize DWDM/WDM systems for high-capacity data transmission, focusing on efficient wavelength utilization and overall system performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate optical designs into cutting-edge telecom products and solutions.
Plan and design WDM/DWDM equipment, including models like OSN1800/9800/6800/8800, to meet network requirements.
Deliver comprehensive technical design documentation (LLD and HLD) for various scenarios, including OTM, FOADM, ROADM, and OLA, tailored to customer requirements and project specifications, bills of quantity, and connection diagrams;
Create WDM and SDH services, tailored to customer needs.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
