    Role description

    The role involves setting up a Confluence page to document the procedural and technical controls for marketing fraud prevention, detection, and recovery. This includes gathering detailed information from stakeholders and organizing it in a clear and structured manner. The goal is to create a comprehensive resource that outlines the measures and systems in place to safeguard against marketing fraud.

    This role provides a hybrid way of working with an onsite presence of 2 days/week.

    Key Job Responsibilities and Duties 

    • Confluence Page Setup: Design and structure a Confluence page that clearly outlines the procedural and technical controls related to marketing fraud prevention, detection, and recovery.
    • Documentation: Gather detailed information from relevant teams to document current fraud control measures and processes.
    • Content Organization: Organize the documentation into logical sections, including prevention strategies, detection methods, recovery processes, and relevant technical details (e.g. links to github, runbooks).
    • Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure accurate representation of technical controls, data flows, and workflows involved in marketing fraud controls.
    • Updating Procedures: Ensure there is a process in place which will continue the Confluence page is kept up-to-date with changes in controls, policies, or technical solutions to reflect ongoing improvements or adjustments.
    • Visual Aids Creation: Incorporate charts, diagrams, or flowcharts where needed to visually explain complex processes or system architectures related to fraud management.
    • Quality Assurance: Review the content for clarity, consistency, and completeness, ensuring it meets internal documentation standards and is easily understandable by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • User Access Management: Manage user access permissions to the Confluence page, ensuring appropriate personnel have the ability to view or edit the documentation.
    • Training Support: Assist in creating training materials or user guides related to the documented controls for educating relevant teams about fraud prevention and detection strategies.

    Role Qualifications and Requirements

    • Strong analytical mindset, ability to use SQL, Excel, Visualization tools to translate data to identify business problems/solutions 
    • Must be self-disciplined
    • Trustworthy character
    • Good and effective communication skills
    • Ability to plan, prioritize and manage time to meet deadlines
    • Comfortable and fluent in English, both written and spoken
