Sales Representative (Craiova)

REQUIREMENTS

• Sales experience (minimum 2 years - experience in FMCG is an advantage)
• Driver’s license B (minimum 2 years)
• Good communication in English
• Availability for frequent travel in the territory

THE MISSION: WHAT WILL AWAIT YOU

• Achieve the sales targets & qualitative and quantitative objectives established by the Area Sales Manager
• Organizing the customer visit plan and daily routing
• Identifying the business potential of existing customers
• Actively communicating any changes on the market with the head office
• Monitoring the quality of merchandising policy and marketing promotions implementation in dedicated sales areas
• Support the digitalization of pharmacies by promoting and increasing online content
• Ensuring compliance with selective distribution conditions (SDA)
• Provide support for the development and implementation of sustainable practices in POS; NO WASTE and Refills
