What do we expect from our future colleague:

⦁ At least 3-5 years of experience in an FMCG company, within international scope;
⦁ Experience with managing sales in the modern trade in Romania;
⦁ Fluency in English;
⦁ Good knowledge of MS Office;
⦁ Basic SAP skills;
⦁ Creative and innovative attitude that has an ease with customer management;
⦁ Good negotiation skills;
⦁ Experience from basic foods industry is an advantage, food sector is a must.

What You Will Be Doing in your new role

⦁ Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the Modern trade channels B2C that ensures achievement of company sales goals and profitability;
⦁ Identify new commercial opportunities while driving growth by developing relevant sales channels strategies;
⦁ Manage Modern trade partners with special focus on designated channels;
⦁ Compiling and analyzing sales figures;
⦁ Control sales volumes and profit, control expenses to meet budget guidelines;
⦁ Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price through continuous contact with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors;
⦁ Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends;
⦁ Enhance business performance and increase the competitive edge within the markets while liaising with and influencing local representatives.
