Experience/knowledge of Payroll is desirable.
Experience with SAP and/or Workday systems is desirable.
Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
Computer literate, knowledge of MS Office package
Fluent in English and the following language – Hungarian
Attention to detail & high level of prioritization skills.
Hands on attitude
Team player that can build long lasting positive relations with direct team, colleagues & stakeholders.
Responsabilitati
Supporting the MY Pay Team with Mass loads
Support MEU payroll teams in general administration
Processing third party payments for various EU countries
Producing and Sharing reports with stakeholders
Building relationships with key stakeholders/teams to improve our shared processes.
Works with internal reports and statistics to authorities and other teams as required.
Working flexibly across other teams within the EU My Team as required
Continuous improvement on work that is done to ensure it is done efficiently.
Responsible for collaborating with My Pay EU Team to understand and implement processes, and continuous improvement of Payroll processes.
