Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Pricing. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong analytical mindset and you are ready to make an impact, we'd love to meet you!

Main components: pricing, revenue, commercial planning, performance management

• Adapts the company's strategy and the needs to optimize the market share held through the price components and the positive perception of customers regarding the level of prices charged by METRO;
• Translates the company's general strategy into price instruments;
• Implements price fixing tools at store level or customer group level;
• Monitors price changes and subsequent developments;
• Tracks the results of each tool and implements adjustments if necessary;
• Monitors the efficiency of the commercial proposal in front of the client;
• Coordinates the commercial forecasting activity together with colleagues from Offer Management, regarding sales and profitability;
• Responsible for the implementation of the company's general strategy in price instruments;
• Responsible for coordinating and monitoring the activity of the subordinate department;
• Design and develop tools and models for data interpretation and analysis, using appropriate technological solutions;
