1. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree qualification or above majoring in Telecommunication /
IT / Computer Science / Engineering / or other related technical discipline.
2. Language Requirements: English.
3. 1 year or above relevant working experience.
4. Professional skills:
(1) Possess skill in any of the following area:
- NFV: ETSI-standard NFV architecture/ Cloud OS/ Microservice/ Container/ Kubernetes etc.
- 5GC: AMF/SMF/UPF/NRF/NSSF/CHF/SMSF etc.
- PS: MME/SGW/PGW/CG/DNS
(2) Data communications General understanding of:
- Concepts of routing and switching; Mechanisms of Layer 2/Layer 3 switching;
- Basics of IPv4/IPv6 addresses, including the IP network and mask, IP subnetting, and IP address
calculation and assignment;
- Concepts of VLAN IF, sub-interface, link bundling, and Ethernet auto-negotiation;
- Common protocol principles for PS networks, such as TCP, UDP, NTP, DNS, and ICMP;
5. Able to work in fast pace working environment. Excellent team spirit with good communications and
interpersonal skills.
6. Customer service oriented and good presentation skill.
7. Willing to travel to overseas frequently. More than 50% of the time
1. Preferably with 3 years or above relevant working experience.
2. Strong professional and technical capabilities, including but not limited to:
- NFV Networking: Architectures of NFVI physical networks and logical networks; NFVI full-stack
solutions and NFVI interworking with external systems; Good command of the interfaces and protocols
for 2G/3G/4G horizontal services.
- 5GC&PS Service: Key signaling flows in mobility and session management; Basic service solutions in
2G/3G/4G/5G networks (such as SGSN/MME pool, address assignment, PCC); 2G/3G/4G/5G charging
solutions (including offline, online, and flow-based charging).
- Project Delivery: Know well for the basic delivery process and delivery activities.
3. With multi-vendor product network experience (or know Huawei product well).
4. Master the languages of other European countries

1. Engineering delivery: responsible for solution design, implementation, integration, acceptance test
and migration of Core network.
2. Live-network O&M: to monitor network performance, resolve complex network problem, and
optimize network architecture.
3. As technical point of contact, communicate with engineering team, customer, and vendor.
4. To engage directly with marketing team, project team, and customer for the purpose of promoting
and delivering strategic services.
5. Lead or be part of global technical delivery team. Supervise team in technical related matter.
