    Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
    Proven experience in finance process improvement, transformation, or a related role.
    Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading and delivering projects.
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, PowerBI).
    Experience in developing and executing test plans and conducting functional and user acceptance testing (UAT).
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    Knowledge of finance systems and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) is preferred.
    Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

    Responsibilities

    Document and analyze existing finance processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
    Support Business Process Owners in developing and implementing process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
    Support finance transformation and automation projects from inception to completion.
    Discover and define automation opportunities and work with IT to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
    Organise automation testing and deployment activities.
    Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project outcomes.
    Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of new finance processes and systems.
    Coordinate functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements.
    Document test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
    Ensure thorough testing and validation of all changes before implementation.
    Develop and execute change management and communication plans to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
    Design eLearning training materials
    Support to finance teams to facilitate the transition to new processes and tools.
    Ensure that all finance processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
    Identify and mitigate risks associated with finance transformation initiatives.
    Work closely with finance teams, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of transformation initiatives.
    Communicate project updates, progress, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
