Cerinte

Completed University degree;
Passionate about IT (software + hardware) and helping others;
Experience with Windows 10, basic knowledge about Microsoft Office 365 and Azure Active Directory;
Basic understanding of networking principles (WLAN, LAN, VPN, VOIP etc.);
Advanced level of English is mandatory;
Ability to work in a team, especially on a global level, communication and customer service abilities / social skills;
Ability to work in an organized manner, following working instructions, SOPs as well as showing an interest to learn them and improve them;
