Cerinte

Minimum of 3 years of experience in quarry or sand and gravel pit operations;
Experience in organizing and managing teams;
Technical university degree in mechanics, electrical engineering or construction.

Ensuring the profitability of the site(s);
Participating in budget preparation;
Optimizing production and operations, managing relations with suppliers and subcontractors;
Supervising site production and managing deposit operations;
Planning production and monitoring its progress with set objectives for quality, safety, and the environment;
Managing personnel, and leading and motivating the management team;
Ensuring compliance with labor legislation.
