If you meet the following criteria::
•At least 3 years of experience Marketing with focus on Social Media
•Excellent knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media channels
•Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics, good understanding of social media KPIs
•Familiar with Google and Meta campaigns
•Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) is considered an advantage
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, communications or related field
•Excellent command of English and Romanian

Responsabilitati
As Marketing Specialist in ProCredit Bank you will be able to ..
•Develop, implement and manage the social media strategy of the Bank
•Define most important social media KPIs
•Manage and oversee social media channels
•Ensure that the content is informative and appealing
•Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
•Measure the succes of digital campaign reports
•Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
•Maintaining the relationship with other departments of the bank and marketing agency
•Planning and coordinating the e-mail and digital marketing campaigns
