We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a App Projects Assistant. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment, working alongside experienced professionals in the field of platforms engineering.

We want you to join us on our journey with:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and managing day-to-day tasks to ensure the timely delivery of initiatives, such as: support the process of preparing and sending push notifications, assist with setting up and configuring banners for campaigns and ensuring they display correctly, review and understand basic reports related to app usage and other relevant data, support with presentation preparation as needed.
• Assist in testing phases to ensure the app meets the standards for functionality and user experience.
• Learn closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, developers, marketers, and customer service representatives, to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders by assisting in meetings, preparing status reports, and sharing updates across teams.
• Support the collection and analysis of user feedback from App Follow, Customer Care reps and assist in incorporating this feedback into app development.
• Conduct guided research on competitors and processes.

• Ongoing studies in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies
• Communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with mobile app development, customer experience design, or the energy sector is a plus.
