    Job Summary:

    The Technical Project Management Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing engineering projects. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and extensive experience in project management within the energy sector.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Planning and Execution

    • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and budget to increase department efficiency.
    • Prepares the budget and the development plan for the department.
    • Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external partners to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
    • Partners in the PPC AES Partners portfolio.
    • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation and adjust as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.

    Stakeholder Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
    • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders quickly and effectively.

    Risk Management

    • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, quality standards and all relevant policies/procedures.

    Resource Management

    • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
    • Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of resources.

    Performance Monitoring and Reporting

    • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
    • Generate and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
    • Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

    Operational

    • Performs checks on installation sites following the procedures and standards in place and prepares the control documents.
    • Develop metrics and benchmarks.
    • Approves the attendance of subordinates.
    • Provides support to the entire project management team through continuous communication with all support departments.
    • Participate in collaboration with other support departments to prepare the tender book to qualify and acquire new Partners.
    • Responsible for tracking equipment and materials stocks together with the persons/departments involved.
    • Responsible for overseeing the entire Partner contract lifecycle (including drafting, evaluating, negotiating, and executing contracts), together with specific support departments.
    • Monitors the issuance of invoices to clients according to the contractual execution schedules.
    • Actively participates in discussions/meetings with the company's installation Partners, providing support to the Sales team, if necessary.
    • Organize training session for existing or new installation Partners to increase installation quality and develop new competencies. Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
    • Generate and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
    • Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

    Knowledge Required:

    • Project Management Proven experience in managing engineering projects, preferably in the energy sector.
    • Team Leadership Experience in leading and managing project teams.
    • Stakeholder Management: Track record of building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.
    • Risk Management: Experience in identifying and managing project risks.
    • Resource Management: Proficiency in managing project resources and optimizing resource allocation.
    • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) will be a plus.
    • Software application: Working experience with dedicated software and applications (e.g., AutoCAD, Eplan, PVsyst, PVsol, Helioscope, and Dialux) is a must.
    • ANRE authorization for III AB level is a must.
    • Relevant training and/or certifications as a Project Management Officer.
    • Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge relevant to engineering projects in the energy sector.
    • Advanced level of English
    • Driving License: category B

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering (electro-energetic, electrotechnical, energetic). Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
    • Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous.
    • ANRE authorization for III AB level is a must
    • Working experience with dedicated software and applications (e.g., AutoCAD, Eplan, PVsyst, PVsol, Helioscope, and Dialux) is a must

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering project management, with a focus on the energy sector.
    • At least 5 years' experience in a management position.

    *Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
