    Job Summary:

    The Data Analysis Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the Data department by analyzing customer data to derive actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and enhance customer experience. The coordinator has to excel in data analysis, customer-centric thinking, effective communication, and performance management.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the implementation of data and analytics strategy by developing a data insights integration approach and process aligned to key business processes and decisions. Interpret the business need and identify solution recommendations to business problems at a business unit level. Lead the improvement efforts to be made that are within span of control at this level.
    • Elicit complex business requirements using a variety of methods, such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis, to express the requirements in terms of target user roles and goals.
    • Implement all aspects of data architecture, turning event analytics, raw application data, and business systems into key business insights.
    • Create complex algorithms that identify patterns in structured data through supervised and unsupervised data.
    • Manage data preparation in collaboration with different stakeholders and internal clients in the business.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key data sources and extract relevant customer insights.
    • Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and trends to develop data-driven recommendations for business strategies.
    • Implement data visualization techniques to present insights in a clear and compelling manner.
    • Work closely with the Data team to optimize data collection processes and ensure data quality and integrity.
    • Support the development of customer segmentation models and personalized marketing strategies.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer engagement and satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement performance management processes for the Data & Customer Driven Insights team.
    • Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations for team members.
    • Identify training and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and capabilities.
    • Recognize and reward high performance and address performance issues in a timely and constructive manner.

    Knowledge Required:

    • Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in the energy or utilities industry.
    • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
    • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
    • Advanced level of English
    • Analytical Thinking Ability to analyze complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or related field (or in the process of obtaining one).

    Experience:

    • General Experience wide and deep experience providing expert competence (Over 7 years)
    • Managerial Experience: experience of planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives as specified by more senior managers (Over 3 years to 6 years)

    *This position may require occasional travel to different office locations or to attend industry events.
