Job Summary:
The Data Analysis Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the Data department by analyzing customer data to derive actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and enhance customer experience. The coordinator has to excel in data analysis, customer-centric thinking, effective communication, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of data and analytics strategy by developing a data insights integration approach and process aligned to key business processes and decisions. Interpret the business need and identify solution recommendations to business problems at a business unit level. Lead the improvement efforts to be made that are within span of control at this level.
- Elicit complex business requirements using a variety of methods, such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis, to express the requirements in terms of target user roles and goals.
- Implement all aspects of data architecture, turning event analytics, raw application data, and business systems into key business insights.
- Create complex algorithms that identify patterns in structured data through supervised and unsupervised data.
- Manage data preparation in collaboration with different stakeholders and internal clients in the business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key data sources and extract relevant customer insights.
- Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and trends to develop data-driven recommendations for business strategies.
- Implement data visualization techniques to present insights in a clear and compelling manner.
- Work closely with the Data team to optimize data collection processes and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Support the development of customer segmentation models and personalized marketing strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement performance management processes for the Data & Customer Driven Insights team.
- Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations for team members.
- Identify training and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and capabilities.
- Recognize and reward high performance and address performance issues in a timely and constructive manner.
Knowledge Required:
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in the energy or utilities industry.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Advanced level of English
- Analytical Thinking Ability to analyze complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or related field (or in the process of obtaining one).
Experience:
- General Experience wide and deep experience providing expert competence (Over 7 years)
- Managerial Experience: experience of planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives as specified by more senior managers (Over 3 years to 6 years)
*This position may require occasional travel to different office locations or to attend industry events.
