    Cerinte

    Studii superioare sau in curs de finalizare, preferabil in domeniul resurselor umane, drept sau administrativ;
    Cunostinte de baza privind legislatia muncii si procedurile de resurse umane;
    Abilitati organizatorice si atentie la detalii;
    Capacitatea de a lucra cu termene stricte si de a gestiona mai multe sarcini simultan;
    Cunostinte bune de operare PC (MS Office);
    Abilitati bune de comunicare si lucru in echipa.

    Responsabilitati

    Verificarea si actualizarea documentelor necesare pentru fiecare angajat, cum ar fi contractele de munca, actele aditionale, fisele postului si alte documente obligatorii conform legislatiei muncii;
    Scanarea si indosarierea documentelor in arhiva digitala, pastrand o evidenta clara si bine structurata a fiecarui dosar;
    Realizarea programarilor la medicina muncii si mentinerea unei relatii constante cu furnizorii de servicii medicale;
    Verificarea dosarelor salariatilor pentru a te asigura ca toate documentele necesare sunt la zi (de exemplu, contracte, acte additionale, certificari medicale).
