Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

Cerinte

Mandatory skills:
- 4+ years overall software testing experience;
- 3+ years of test automation experience;
- 1+ years of hands-on recent experience with JAVA.

Responsabilitati

Main duties/responsibilities:

- Work with stakeholders to identify and capture test automation and tooling needs;
- Actively participate in the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks;
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts;
- Closely work with the extended Engineering team to ensure a high automation level across processes;
- Analyze system requirements alongside QA Engineers and define automation scope;
- Perform test automation executions, identify failures' root causes, and compile reports to stakeholders;
- Adheres to test automation best practices as defined at the organization level;
- Drive automation-focused test strategy.
