HVAC Engineer

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

For This Role, You Will Need:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
- 2/3 years of experience in a simillar position.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Great organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in English.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

- Provide Sales Representatives and clients with Pre and post-technical support.
- Respond efficiently and promptly to inquiries from clients and Sales Executives as it pertains to HVAC and thermostat compatibility.
- Act as a resource for Sales Representatives during the Sales Process to assist in solutioning.
- Review and Clear Tech holds.
- Provide and explain Wiring Diagrams to help Customers understand how to install our Thermostats for a more complex HVAC unit.
- Confirm via wiring diagram or spec sheet that the Thermostats are compatible with the HVAC unit.
- Ability to understand the sequence of operations for the HVAC Unit.
- Assist in PMS (Property Management System) and BMS (Building Management System) integrations as well as Lighting and Door Lock integration.
- Explain the full scope of work needed for a System Commissioning.
= Review Installation Manuals with customers as needed.
