What you'll need to succeed :

Proven experience in running and managing campaigns in one of the marketing automation tools is a plus
Strong analytical skills, ability to work in Excel as an advanced user
Knowledge of databases, ability to run basic SQL queries is a plus
Ability to pull lists, have a good understanding of segmentation and filters
Background with the Financial Services/Banking Industry is preferable
BS/BA degree in marketing, math, statistics, economics, or related degree OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Strong intellectual curiosity combined with a knack for recognizing correlations and trends,
Ability to work independently and proactively to take initiative to solve problems quickly

What You’ll do:

Set-up campaigns in the campaign orchestration tool. Perform acceptance tests. Run the campaigns and monitor the performance
Design and implement A/B tests and analyze findings to drive actionable insights
Gather campaign and product data requirements, run necessary data analysis and marketing data segmentation with regards to the campaign set-up aiming at improvement of conversion rates
Understand how customer data is structured in the systems, segment the database to reach best results in targeting, identify untouched areas
Build, manage and track campaign reporting and customer dimensions
