Work Health & Safety Coordinator (BPO/Call center)

Other responsibilities specific to the occupational safety and health:

Becomes acquainted with and applies correctly the legislation
Delivers training sessions in the field of occupational safety and health, including fire prevention and extinction
Knows the risk factors specific to the workplace and industry
Supervises and proposes updates to the company’s Work Safety and Health policies and guidelines
Communicates swiftly to the employer and/or appointed workers/teams for prevention and protection on any labor situation he/she has grounded reasons to regard as a danger for the safety and health of the workers, as well as any deficiency of the protection systems
Cooperates with management for prevention and protection in order to facilitate the accomplishment of any measures or requirements required by labor and sanitary authorities for the protection of the workers’ health and safety
Represents the company in relation with related specific local authorities
Maintains and provides accurate reporting for all H&S related activities
Cooperates with local and Group HR and Compliance departments for management of work safety training, documentation, audits

What You Need:

Solid knowledge of the H&S legislation and industry specific best practices
A Passion for supporting and building safe and protective environments for big, multicultural teams, active in office, hybrid and fully remote activities
Bachelor’s degree in engineering sciences, or agricultural and forestry sciences
Specific certifications required by local regulations: ‘’Curs cadru tehnic in domeniu” & ‘’Inspector in domeniul securitatii si sanatatii in munca”
Computer software skills - Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Good English communication skills – min. B2 verbal and written mandatory
