Experienta anterioara in analiza incidentelor
Cunostinte solide autovehicule rutiere(cu accent pe GMP)
Indemanare in demontare/montare motor termic si/sau cutie de viteze
Cunostinte Excel - nivel mediu
Cunostinte limba engleza - nivel mediu, limba franceza constituie avantaj
Cunostinte instrumente de analiza calitatii (8D, Ishikawa)
Nivel de experienta cerut 1-2 ani

Responsabilitati

Descrierea locului de muncă
Detectarea si documentarea incidentelor motor provenite din reteaua after sales
Analiza incidentelor client pentru stabilirea criticitatii (K1, K2, K3) și identificarea cauzei
Animare și urmarire subiecte aflate in derulare
