What you do
- To drive business improvements by identifying the opportunities, defining business requirements, build the business case, and design the process and technology solutions to achieve business results
- To provide effective and timely resolution to queries from employees and other stakeholders
- To identify and deliver service improvement activity related to P2P processes
- To actively work on analysis of tasks and their harmonization and standardization
- To work with key business stakeholders, and to support an ongoing programme of change
- To facilitate process improvement based workshops to drive ideas and solutions
- To support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working
- To take ownership of change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification through to project delivery via internal governance and controls
- To elicit requirements and drive process change using staff interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, business analysis and workflow analysis
- To participate in test & validation of new process and system changes
- To ensure the business impact and project objectives/dependencies are identified, reported on and managed at all times
- To complete post implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved and to ensure that improvements can be made for future projects
- Other projects assigned to the GCC Finance department
What you bring
Educational requirements
- Bachelor degree and/or Masters Degree in the Financial field
Functional knowledge:
- Computer literate, basic Excel experience, basic SAP knowledge
- Understand book-keeping especially expenses per nature;
- Understand basic tax principles (VAT);
- Finance background or work experience.
- Intermediate knowledge in English.
Business expertise:
- Extended experience in P2P processes
- Work experience of 3-5 years;
Interpersonal Skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work accurately, to have attention to details and respect deadlines
- Customer focussed and team player.
- High problem solving skills (analysis, decision, communication, autonomy)
- Adapt in a multicultural and multilingual environment
