Technical Support Internship (BMS) with French

- Final-year student in a bachelor's or master's technical degree program as Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Information Security, Cyber Security (or any technical related field);
- Secondary language: English + French;
- Computer literate – MS Office, specifically Excel and Outlook;
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to support all levels of customers, both internal and external;
- Effective time management and organizational skills.

- 1st response to BMS Technical TTC and SI stakeholders over touchpoints; phone and e-mail and manage and log requests on BMS’s asset system Salesforce/ NEX;
- License management for legacy BMS and Niagara based systems and support Honeywell brands with further touchpoints under the Multibrand support umbrella;
- Issuing customers with literature that can support and promote self-help;
- Supporting other parts of the business to resolve escalated issues arising from customer contact i.e. complaint ownership and call escalation;
- Responsible for Inbound/Outbound Calls in relation to all types of queries and escalations from internal and external customers.
