Cerinte
•Nice to have previous experience in data input role;
•Previous experience in working with ERP (preferably SAP FI module) is a plus;
•University degree or ongoing studies preferable in the field of accounting, finance or economics;
•Previous working experience preferably in large/global organizations;
•Good technical knowledge of MS office;
•Effective analytical and problem-solving skills;
•Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering quality results to tight deadlines;
•Attention to details is a must;
•Self-motivation, quick learning and creative thinking;
•Very good English language skills;
•Knowledge of another foreign language (in addition to Romanian/English) is a plus;
•Willing to collaborate within a team in order to achieve common goals;
Responsabilitati
•Being member of the respective transition team to relocate accounting activities to Bucharest, when applicable;
•Compliance with the work procedures;
•Responsible for creating/updating standard process manuals/other work documentation when required;
•Ensure accuracy and timeliness of performed activities as per received instructions;
•Performing basic reports and preparing account reconciliations;
•Respond to vendor queries (vendor/customer) when applicable;
•Documenting internal controls in support of auditing team;
•Compliance with internal and external company policies and regulation;
•Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service quality;
•Consider local and legal needs for master data;
•Collaborate in the reorganization of master data, control settings;
•Performs other duties as assigned by direct superiors and managers;
