    Requirements

    About Your SKILLS:

     Good listener & excellent communicator both in Romanian and English;
     Analytical thinker & self-motivated & results driven & with a strong commitment to continuous development;
     Creative and innovative person;
     Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines;
     Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in recruitment and employer branding;
     Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment practices and employer branding strategies;
     Previous experience of minimum 1 year of both or each recruitment and employer branding areas.

    Responsibilities

    About Your ROLE:

    Talent acquisition

     Create job descriptions, promote job opportunities using different recruitment sources with the aim of attracting the best candidates for TPA team;
     Use job boards, social media, professional networks, and other creative sourcing approaches to identify potential candidates;
     Direct search for reaching appropriate passive candidates & maintain the internal database for future openings;
     Stay current on recruitment trends and best practices to ensure the company's recruitment strategy remains competitive;
     Constantly work on developing connections;
     Conducting interviews with the selected candidates also feedback/ exit interviews;
     Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience;
     Updates internal database with resumes, interviews and elaborates different status - reports.

    Employer branding

     Develop and implement different employer branding strategies to enhance the company's image as an employer of choice;
     Collaborate with marketing and communications responsible to develop engaging employer branding content for the company's website, social media channels, and other platforms;
     Initiate creative concepts and campaigns that boost employee engagement/attraction;
     Creates content for advertising materials, internal articles, online and social media;
     Participates at networking events, and other recruitment related events – e.g. Career fairs, events at Universities - to promote the company's employer brand;
     Keep up with the trends and select the most efficient employer branding strategies.
