Requirements

▪Creating and configuring custom applications and modules in the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript and other technologies.
▪Development and optimization of workflows to automate incident, problem, change management and request management processes.
▪Configuring standard ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Service Catalog.
▪Customization of forms, fields, notifications and dashboards according to the needs of the organization.
▪Writing and maintaining JavaScript scripts to extend platform functionality.
▪Using Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions and other scripts to automate processes and integrate various functionalities.
▪Creating and managing integrations with other applications and systems using APIs, Web Services, REST/SOAP.
▪Ensuring effective communication between ServiceNow and other ITSM platforms or IT management systems.
▪ServiceNow instance management, including upgrades, patches and regular maintenance to ensure the platform is running optimally.
▪Optimizing platform performance and implementing solutions for scalability and efficiency.
▪Testing custom solutions, ensuring they work correctly and meet business requirements.
▪Identifying and resolving errors and problems encountered during the development or use of solutions.
Techstack: AWS, Kafka, EMR, Gitlab, SUSE, Redhat, Redshift, S3, EKS, Service-Now.

Responsibilities

▪Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations.
▪Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
▪Design, develop, test, and implement ServiceNow solutions in alignment with industry best practices.
▪Troubleshoot and resolve issues in ServiceNow applications and integrations.
▪Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
