    ROLE PROFILE:

    Role purpose of this position is to lead the team that ensures that LSEG total remuneration framework is competitive and equitable to attract, motivate and retain talent. The candidate that is a fit for the role will require a blend of analytical skills, critical thinking, and effective communication. Does this align with what you're looking for?

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Pay Benchmarking & Market Intelligence: Ensuring the right methodologies and sources for compensation competitiveness.

    • Partnerships: Working with external consultants and vendors for market data on total compensation (incl basic pay, variable pay, total target cash, TDC)

    • Global Pay Ranges: Developing and implementing pay ranges globally.

    • Ad Hoc Market Pricing: Providing job market pricing information to various collaborators.

    • Reward-Specific Analyses: Conducting analyses and providing recommendations, such as compensation review budget scenario modeling.

    • Pay Gap Analysis: Reviewing pay gaps and root causes, including gender pay gap analysis.

    • Pay Transparency: Contributing to global pay transparency policies and processes.

    • HRIS Implementation: Implementing reward process solutions in Workday.

    • Communication: Ensuring consistent understanding and communication of programs.

    • Team Leadership: Leading a team of 2-3 analysts that may be remote employees

    Minimum Requirements:

    • International Compensation Knowledge: Experience with international compensation practices and trends.

    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, strong numerical skills.

    • Collaboration & Prioritization: Proven track record in these areas.

    • Specialist HR Experience: Extensive experience in a relevant HR area.

    • Stakeholder Management: Significant experience managing partners.

    • Leadership: Previous people management experience is desirable.

    • Workday Knowledge: Understanding of reward processes in Workday is a plus.

    • Pay Equity & Transparency: Experience in pay equity studies and understanding of pay transparency regulations.

    • Cultural Awareness: Ability to work with cultural sensitivity.

    • Commercial Outlook: Credible and confident, able to engage and influence senior partners.

    • Strategic & Operational Work: Enjoys working at both levels.

    • Innovation & Initiative: Takes ownership of ideas and initiatives.
