Service Controller

Join our team at Siemens Energy and take the next step in your career. As a Service Controller, you will play a crucial role for invoicing long-term service contracts, and smaller or mid-size retrofit jobs.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Preparation of time & material invoicing to the regional entities or customers as per contract/order.
• Handle smaller projects as a trusted Finance Partner.
• Preparation of obligatory ICFR / SOA documentation on project level for the monthly execution of defined control requirements.
• Follow the internal guideline for hedging and implementing.
• Coordinate and complete agreements for cross border activities in line with internal and tax regulations.
• Ensure compliance with internal regulations, finance guidelines and local policies.

What You Bring

• Successful bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or similar education.
• Ability to learn fast, good with numbers, handling large sources & amount of information.
• Experience in collecting information from service work, crafting a summary to invoicing and collection of payment from the end customer. Perform other tasks as assigned by the outstanding in accordance with their knowledge.
• Experience of using SAP within Service or HR is preferable.
• Knowledge of SOA / SOX (Sarbanes Oxley act)
• Good proficiency with MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); good presentation skill is a plus.
• Good English communication skills; any Scandinavian language is a plus
