Job Description

• Develop packaging designs that align with branding and marketing strategies and its specifications in cooperation with suppliers and the Own Brand cross functional team;
• Research and select suitable materials for packaging, considering product requirements and sustainability goals;
• Executes product initiatives, packaging design and performance enhancements, cost-improvement efforts, and promotional activities;
• Optimization of existing packaging to serve professional customer needs and end to end supply chain;
• Research industry practices and recommends new and innovative logistic and packaging procedures/methods, depending on the manufacturing processes, product offerings, and business needs;
• Collaborate with suppliers to source packaging materials and components.
• Work closely with related departments to ensure packaging aligns with product specifications and brand messaging;
• Administration of packaging data in specification data management platform;
• Collaborate with international packaging team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field of Engineering;
• 2+ years experience in packaging design and development;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English;
• Strong knowledge of industry standards for packaging design and development;
• Good knowledge of MS Office;
• Stay up-to-date with changes in packaging regulations;
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills;
• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams
