British American Tobacco Romania has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Analyst Accounts Payable in Bucharest

This role is responsible for providing accurate data in daily posting of the invoices and overall business support for End Markets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing invoices, credit notes into the appropriate systems and within the agreed time;
• Address ad-hoc requests in a timely, accurate and professional manner;
• Perform additional daily /weekly / monthly tasks as per agreed timelines;
• Provide excellent customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships, resolve complex issues and achieve win-win outcomes;
• Recommend process improvements to create greater efficiency and productivity.

What are we looking for?

Experience Required

• Good command of English spoken and written
• Ability to handle high volumes of data entries with high accuracy

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Able to help, teach or explain things to others
• Financial or accounting studies would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
