Molex - Test Engineer - Internship

Our Team

You will join our System Test team located in Bucharest

What You Will Do

• Design, execute and maintain Test Cases based on functional and non-functional requirements
• Design and maintain test concepts
• Analyse test results and reported defects
• Contribute to product development as member of a cross-functional engineering team and verify corrected product issues
• Carry out local field tests.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Currently in the final years of a university degree in electrical engineering or a similar field
• Good understanding embedded systems (electronics and software)
• Good knowledge of English spoken and written
• Independent, analytical and structured approach, keen to understand complex systems and find their weaknesses
• Familiarity with electronic lab equipment such as programmable multimeters and oscilloscopes
• Clear and open communication skills

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience in Test Automation, e.g. with Python, Robot Framework
• Ability to create, extend and maintain of automated test systems
• Knowledge in testing of at least one of the following areas and basic knowledge of at least another area:
  • Common vehicle communication interfaces (CAN, Ethernet, LIN, …)
  • Qi Wireless Charging Tests (entire product, HW and SW)
  • NFC product related Tests (entire product, HW and SW)
  • Vehicle Diagnosis and Flashing Tests
  • Automation/ Simulation for testing Embedded Systems
