NOKIA - Internship - Web Software Engineer

Position: Web Software Engineers Trainee
Duration: Part-time: 4h or 6h/day 
Location: Hybrid in Timisoara, Romania
 
Education Recommendations
Currently a candidate for a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electronics; 
 
Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN)
You will be a part of a team whose objectives are to improve the way of working, drive for continual improvement and innovation, develop and maintain product tools, and assure support for Mobile Networks and worldwide Nokia

 
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

Be part of a pure software development team working in an Agile team in an international environment
Possibility to learn and to be involved in other projects using the latest software technologies and frameworks like JavaScript, CSS, HTML, .NET, Power BI, Python, MySQL OR React, Angular, node.js, MongoDB, PowerBI, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps, Robot Framework; We will offer you support for learning new technologies.
Closely R&D teams and quality managers;
Generate patents in the fields of new deployment that automate the process
 
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Must have:
•    Active student status in Computer Science or Electronics;
•    passion for SW development, working in the last years in SW development. 
•    You focus on continuous delivery
•    Understanding of code versioning and deployment tools (such as Git)
•    Excellent English language skills in spoken and written

Nice to have:
•    knowledge of Django, PowerBI, Power Automate, Jenkins
•    familiarity with Linux and Shell Scripting
•    Gitlab
•    Familiarity with continuous integration
•    Cloud computing services (VMware, OpenStack)
•    Agile/Scrum framework
•    REST API
