- Welcoming visitors and direct them to the relevant office or personnel;
- Receiving, registration and distribution of documents/correspondence and record data regarding special deliveries;
- Organizing business trips, meetings, and events (preparation of all necessary documents and materials, including hotel and ticket reservations);
- Responsible of the office management: procurement of all consumables, office supplies, and supervision of the office facilities maintenance and the equipment;
- Managing relationships with vendors and service providers, inclusively coordinating the activities of the company responsible for cleaning the rented space;
- Acting as the main point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues;
- Working closely with Finance team to track expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
